Please make sure your dog has toileted before their appointment; we understand dogs can be nervous when visiting so we are fully equipped with any toilet accidents happening in the salon.

From time to time, we take pictures of your dog after grooming for our personal records and to put on our social media sites, if you would rather, we do not use your dog’s photo socially please let us know during your appointment.

We understand that appointments are necessary to cancel, if we are given 24 hours’ notice we shall be able to fill your allocated slot. If, however, appointments are cancelled on the same day or a no show, a £25 charge will occur when you want to book in for next time, which is nonrefundable.

At the point of appointment, it is important to let us know if your dog is aggressive so we can cater for your dog’s needs, this involves using a muzzle if the owner gives their consent or finding a quieter time in the salon for your dog’s appointment.

All prices are an estimate and do not include VAT at 20%. Additional charges may be incurred due to behaviour, matting charges, flea/ticks.

All complaints must be brought to our attention within 48 hours of leaving the parlour. This is to allow us to rectify the problem, where possible, before the hair grows and without further issues manifesting or becoming worse (depending on the complaint). Most complaints can be dealt with without escalation, and we would appreciate you gave us the chance to do this.

By using our services, owners can confirm that their dog is up to date with their annual vaccinations. We may ask for proof of vaccinations and any other information which must be provided.

We are a flea/ tick free salon. If your dog is known to have a parasitic infestation, 24 hours’ notice must be given to us to avoid a cancelation charge. If fleas are found on your dog whilst in the salon, we will use a flea shampoo and be required to do additional disinfection of our premises and equipment. An additional charge of £15 will be charged to your bill.

No pregnant, lactating or in season females will be accepted. Grooming can cause undue stress for example we sometimes have intact males into the salon, which can lead to them becoming unsettled and affect their grooming.

Unfortunately, due to the changes in laws regarding certain breeds we are unable to cater for banned breeds under the dangerous dog’s act.
